Delivery to Germany
Orders up to 49,99 EUR = 6,90 EUR
Orders over 50,00 EUR = free shipping
Delivery is carried out by DHL, normally within 2-3 business days. Should a product be undeliverable in that time, the customer will be immediately informed of the estimated delivery date via email. If the goods are not received by the customer within 30 days after placing the order, the customer may cancel the contract. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered for reasons beyond our control, we are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract in part or in full and to repay the payments already received by the customer.
Zimtland.de cannot be held responsible for any losses, inconveniences, fees, or other damages caused by delayed deliveries.
If goods with obvious transport damage are delivered, please immediately report such faults to Hermes, which is responsible for the delivery, and please contact us immediately.
Partial deliveries are permitted. Should additional delivery costs arise, these are assumed by Zimtland.de.

Orders up to 59,99 EUR = 13,90 EUR
Orders over 60,00 EUR = free shipping
The delivery is done either by Hermes, DHL or the country’s postal service. Delivery normally occurs within 4-7 business days.

Orders up to 79,99 EUR = 13,90 EUR
Orders over 80,00 EUR = free shipping
The delivery is done either by DHL or the country’s postal service. Delivery normally occurs within 5-7 business days. For orders outside Germany, you must assume the costs for customs and, where applicable, taxes and/or processing fees of the respective country. Please inquire about your country’s local regulations.
Shipping and handling worldwide (outside of EU)
Orders up to 199,99 EUR = 31,00 EUR
Orders over 200,00 EUR = free shipping
The delivery is done either by DHL or the country’s postal service. Delivery normally occurs within 10 business days. Delays in customs may occur for deliveries outside the EU. Please therefore expect a longer delivery time. For orders outside Germany, you must assume the costs for customs and, where applicable, taxes and/or processing fees of the respective country.
