CINNAMON INSOLES

Every foot is different, therefore we cannot make an individual size recommendation for each customer. We recommend ordering the cinnamon insoles exactly in your shoe size. To determine the correct size, it is best to measure the inside length of your shoes with a measuring tape. The inserts cannot be cut to size due to the ground cinnamon filling. The following table should help you choose the correct size. If your details differ by a few millimeters from ours, please choose the next larger shoe size.

You can use the same method as for our cinnamon insoles to determine your size in our shoes. Alternatively, you can also measure your actual foot length for the shoes and determine your size that way.
